Complaints

The Longhouse Surgery is compliant with the NHS Lothian Code of Practice for complaints. If you are dissatisfied with the standards of care received or you wish to make a complaint about a member of staff, please put your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager. Your complaint will be processed in accordance with the guidelines, a link to which is available the Our Documents page. Occasionally due to holidays or sickness the full response will be delayed and in these circumstances you will be kept informed.
