Meet Our Practice Team
The Practice Team are always on hand to assist you in any way they can. Our team carry out a number of duties throughout the practice and help to support the day to day needs of our patients.
Lauren Lynch – Practice Manager
The Practice Manager oversees the smooth running of the practice. Responsible for NHS liaison, HR & recruitment, financial issues, facilities management, patient liaison, strategic planning and advising the partners on non clinical issues.
Jacki Maginnis – Administration Manager
The Reception Manager oversees the day to day management of our patients and Admin Team. This includes dealing with everything that happens in the practice on the live day
Our team of professional reception & administration staff follow guidelines of the practice. They are bound by the same standards of confidentiality as all the clinical staff. Their primary role is to assist our patients.

Community Link Worker
What is the purpose of the Community Link Worker?
To support patients with non-medical issues and link patients to community services that they feel may be of benefit to them. Community Link Workers offer sessions with patients, via phone or in person according to current COVID climate / restrictions.
Community Link Worker can help with a wide range of issues.
These issues can include:
– Core essentials such as food bank, welfare grants etc.
– Social isolation and loneliness
– Mild to moderate mental health issues, e.g. low mood, stress, anxiety
– Carer issues / family / parenting issues
– Employability / learning / volunteering
– Lifestyle change, e.g. weight loss, increasing physical active
– Issues with housing
