Nominated Pharmacy

From Monday 30th August 2021 you will be unable to collect your prescription from the surgery directly unless it is a short notice prescription that has been agreed with a GP.

Please make sure that, prior to this date, you have contacted the surgery and nominated a pharmacy of your choice.

Your prescription will then be collected from the surgery by the pharmacy or posted out by the surgery if your pharmacy is further afield

You can then collect your prescription directly from the pharmacy
