Repeat Prescriptions

In the last few days we have had multiple calls about ordering repeat medication

If you do need to reorder medication then please do so in the normal ways

• Request Online – you can do this via our website where you will receive a confirmation email when your script has been submitted to us or, if you have signed up for patient facing services you can request your medication via there

• Post your medication request through the surgery post box

Requests will be processed as normal IE scripts will be available 48hrs after we have received your request and you can collect your prescription from the surgery or if you have nominated a pharmacy it will go to them for collection

The only thing we cannot do is provide you with any more medication than your normal prescription amounts IE we cannot give you multiple months of supplies
