The Long House Surgery

Welcome to our surgery website.

Non-urgent advice: Important Notice

If you think you have the symptoms of Coronavirus, please do not attend the surgery.

For information on the Coronavirus outbreak, please visit NHS Inform or GOV.UK.

Non-urgent advice: Please Note

We are a training practice, which means that your appointment may be with a qualified doctor undergoing further training to become a GP (a GP specialist trainee). If you would prefer not to have an appointment with them, please inform reception at time of booking.

It is becoming more common for patients to travel abroad for some medical procedures. If you choose to do this, please ensure that you have arranged aftercare as your GP is not obliged to offer routine follow up care for any treatment provided abroad.
